In today’s video, Dr. Moore demonstrates the proper set up for online learning, using both a laptop and an iPad. It is important to pay attention to the following when setting up your child’s school area:
1. Natural Light – Natural light is important. Try to set up in an area with lots of natural light.
2. Eye level – The eye level should be above the computer screen for eye health.
3. Blue Light Blocking Glasses – It is important to have blue light blocking glasses to help block the blue light emitted from screens.
4. Incline & Distance- If your child is learning from an iPad, it is important for the device to be on an incline and at least fingertip distance away.
